Itself a startup, Breakthrough has been described by Walsh and other investors as something akin to “Shark Tank.” The goal is to find, ferry and fund startups and entrepreneurs that have the right product and the right market. The three co-founders wanted to diversify the Wyoming economy. They wanted to create jobs. They wanted to live up to their titles as angel investors by giving promising startups the money and resources they need to succeed.
